2 simple tricks to get low-cost high-converting facebook ads
Published: Tue, 07/05/16
Do you need low-cost high-converting facebook ads?
.. then try the following methods..
I have personally spent hundred of thousands
using the facebook ad platform, and over the
years learned many tricks for reducing ad costs ..
.. and here is a VERY powerful trick for lowering
your ad costs by up to 50% ..
In 2015, Facebook introduced something called
the "Relevance Score", which basically scores
your ad from 0 to 10 based on relevancy.
In other words, how much does your ad actually
relate to the content of what you are advertising.
What this does is provide a better ad experience
for people on facebook that receive your ads.
AND .. more importantly, facebook will award you
for ads with high relevance score!
In fact, you can see a 50% reduction in ad costs
for ads with 8-10 relevance score.
So .. the big question is, "How do I increase the
relevance score of my ads?"
Method # 1 - Search the top posts of your targets
When you list ads on facebook, you must enter
your target keywords, otherwise known as, "interest
keywords"
And, in most cases, these interest keywords are directly
associated with a particular facebook page.
For example, let's say you are promoting a software
product that generates top popular keywords for SEO
marketing.
You can target your ads to people that are interested
in SEO marketing, by finding facebook pages with
high number of likes.
This can be done by simply searching for "SEO marketing"
using the top search box in your facebook account.
Next, go to those facebook pages, and view all the
recent posts, and pay attention to the posts that have
a high number of likes & comments (ie high engagement)
Finally, you craft your ads based from those high
engaging posts.
And since those posts are already producing high
engagement, your similar ads will produce a high
relevance score!
Method #2 - Look at other top performing ads on facebook
Another more obvious method to lowering your
relevance score, is to simply look at other ads
that are producing high-engagement.
One way to do this is to follow the facebook pages
that are related to your facebook ad interests and
as a result facebook will start displaying related
ads in your facebook feed.
Then you can closely monitor those ads and pay
attention to the ones that have a lot of engagement.
But, as you can imagine .. this will blowup your
newsfeed with tons of ads and clutter things up
a little, and its also hard to keep track of the ads.
A simple trick is to create another facebook account
used for just that purpose. So you don't clutter up
your main facebook account.
Easy Method #3 - Use Dark Post Engine
Another way to do BOTH method #1 and #2, is to
use the new "Dark Post Engine" product that was
just recently released.
Inside the Dark Post Engine product, you get access
to 2 search engines that do exactly what I mentioned
in both methods above ..
You get access to a search engine that automatically
pulls all the top performing posts from any facebook
page .. with the results sorted from best to worst!
This will save you hours of manually searching through
hundreds of page posts looking for the best performing
posts!
Plus, you also get access to another search engine that
actually pulls the exact facebook ads that advertisers
are using on their facebook pages!
This tool is absolutely amazing .. to say the least!
Using this tool will save you from manually viewing
the ads in your newsfeed .. and not too mention save
you the massive clutter of ads pounding your feed
just so you can look at other people's ads.
But with Dark Post Engine, you can immediately see
all the ads for ANY facebook page in seconds!
Take a few minutes to watch the demo video to
see how awesome this tool is and how it can really
help you increase your relevance scores...
Hope that helps and talk soon,
